This Return and Refund Policy applies to service engagements booked through Guidewise. It outlines the conditions under which clients may cancel or reschedule consulting sessions. We strive to maintain fairness while respecting our scheduling process. Please read this policy before submitting any service request.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the agreed session. Requests made after this window may qualify for rescheduling but not refund. No refunds are granted for services already delivered in part or full. Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, clients must email us with the session details. Include your name, date of the session, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule confirmed sessions up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests are subject to consultant availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the session will be postponed to the nearest available date. There is no charge for one-time rescheduling.
5. Services Not Covered
This policy does not apply to long-term projects or custom consulting agreements. In such cases, contractual terms agreed upon in writing will apply. These projects may have separate terms for cancellation or delay. Clients will be informed before engagement begins.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. We confirm the refund via email once it has been initiated. If you do not receive it in 10 business days, contact us immediately.

This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect business changes. All updates will be published on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms. We advise clients to review this policy before each new session.
